DRC our After School Program is held at Donnelly Public Library and operates on full school days, 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Donnelly Public Library. Fees include care, a healthy daily snack, all supplies and field trips.
Scholarships are available on a need basis and requests can be made to [email protected]
DRC (Dragon Reader’s Club after school program) observes the same holiday and school schedule as the McCall/Donnelly School District. The program is open to students in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Registration is required.
We will not be sending a monthly signup sheet home with students this year. The program will be set and you are welcome to come in to the Library and signup at any given time. You as parents are responsible to let Ms. Wendy know the days your child will be walking to the Library with Library staff.

What are the Fees?
Per Day : $20
Per Week: $75
Full Week Per Month: $200
(November $175 / December $150 / March $150 )
2 Days a Week Per Month: $100
3 Days a Week Per Month: $150
(Discount months do not apply for short week rate.)
Sibling Discount:
- 1 child: full price
- sibling: 10% off
- 2nd sibling: 20% off
- 3rd sibling: 30% off
(Miss Sherry would like to add here that if you have 10 children you need a much bigger reward than FREE tuition to an after-school program!)
Reduced Lunch Rate: $50 off each month
Free Lunch Rate: $100 off each month
Every child is eligible for $50 off if they earn their Reading Rewards.
Full Scholarships are limited and request must be submitted to [email protected] by the 1st of the month. Must complete full application and have an accompanying letter from child’s teacher.
When are payments due?
Payments are due prior to the start of each month. Not making your payment may result in losing your spot.
SCHOLARSHIPS
Donnelly Public Library is proud to offer Program Scholarships to qualifying youth participants within our community. This scholarship program is designed to help meet the needs of families within the community to access after school care, enrichment programs and activities at a reduced rate. These scholarships are made possible by Friends of The Donnelly Library and Junior Friends of The Donnelly Library. The amount is limited. First come first serve. Scholarships will be awarded on a monthly basis and are income contingent as well as other factors.
