To celebrate Read Across America, we read The Sneetches and Other Stories and Bartholomew and the Oobleck.
Our K through 2nd graders went to 4H Cloverbuds. They made bird nests and wrote down observations about different kinds of feathers. How long were they? Did they float? How did they look under a microscope?
Snack was soup – chili, beef stew, and cream of chicken.
